The Centro Mahasiddha organizes meeting- lessons of meditation, which offers a perfect introduction at the techniques of meditation and the way of biddhistic live. Every lesson includes a guided meditation and an explanation of one of the may aspects of the idea and the practise of the buddhism. There's also alway enough time to make questions and to discuss.
Tuesday and thursday at 19:30 (€8; €5 for students).
